Who we are?

As the INNOvation, TEchnology and Knowledge centre of the Province of Antwerp, Innotek’s focus is incubation and new business. Our expertise has been developed and applied in various Flemish and European projects. The goal is to create high-quality employment in the region.

Innotek is a public-private partnership between the Province of Antwerp, various large Flemish businesses, banks, research institutions, a university college and regional development organisations.

Innotek is also a European Business and Innovation Centre (BIC). The purpose of BICs is to bring together innovative knowledge to stimulate innovative entrepreneurship in a local or regional economy. Innotek is a member of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN), the umbrella organisation of 160 BICs in Europe.

Mission

Innotek wishes to create additional high-quality employment in the region.

 

Structure

Innotek’s members are businesses, the Province of Antwerp, research institutions, banks, an educational institution and intermediary organisations dedicated to the region’s economic development.

 

International

Innotek looks beyond the border. That is essential if innovative businesses are to be given access to the best possible knowledge and knowhow.
